Welcome to Slavic Ministries

Slavic Ministries is a ministry to the Slavic world, to those living in the predominantly Slavic Eastern Europe as well as the Diaspora spread around the world. The Slavic people emerged out of the Carpathian Mountain region. A communal people, they lived close to the earth cultivating it for their livelihood. Tribes eventually moved outward forming distinctive groupings. The western Slavs, the Poles, Czechs and Slovaks have been influenced by their western neighbors both historically and culturally. To the south, the southern Slavs (Yugoslav-in Slavic means southern Slav) are the Serbs, the Slovenes, Croats and Bulgarians.
